These terms apply to your access and use of the website, mobile application, and services provided by SastiTaxi.

You are a Service User.
You have the authority to enter into these Terms.
You are authorized to make payments for services.
You agree to be bound by all applicable terms and policies.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using the SastiTaxi platform.

1. Use of Services

Users can book taxis via website, mobile app, or WhatsApp.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Accurate personal and payment details must be provided.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings depend on vehicle and driver availability.
Cancellation policies vary by trip type.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform.
Illegal activity, abuse, or spamming is prohibited.
SastiTaxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown before ride confirmation.
Prices may vary due to distance, time, or surge pricing.

5. Liability

SastiTaxi acts solely as a facilitator. Drivers are independent contractors.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties.

6. Amendments

SastiTaxi may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
