If the customer fails to reach the pickup point or is unreachable, the booking will be marked as a No-Show.
In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
Cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, road blockages, or government restrictions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
When you book a ride with us, a driver sets aside their entire day just for you—often turning down other work.
That’s why we take a 30% advance. If a booking is cancelled at the last moment, it helps compensate the driver for their time, fuel, and trust.
