Shared taxi seat booking allows you to book individual seats (front row, middle row) in a verified commercial vehicle (Innova, Bolero, Sumo, Tempo Traveller) heading to your destination. You pay only for your seat instead of the entire cab, saving up to 50% on fare.
Driver details including name, phone number, vehicle registration number, and exact pickup point details are sent to your registered phone number and WhatsApp 2 to 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure receive a 100% full refund or free reschedule credit. For cancellations within 12–24 hours, nominal standard charges apply. Instant refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method.
Yes! All tour packages to restricted border zones (Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, North Sikkim, Lachen, Lachung) include Protected Area Permit (PAP) processing services handled by our licensed tour desk.
