Pickup: Vajra Stand / Chandmari Stand (approx. 1.5 km from M.G. Marg)

  • Departure: 07:45–08:30 AM

1. Nathula Pass – Visit the Indo-China Border

3. Tsomgo Lake – Enjoy the scenic beauty of the sacred lake

Important Guidelines

  1. Seat Allocation: Seats are allotted by the driver/tour manager based on operational requirements. Their decision is final.
  2. Be Respectful: Please be courteous to fellow travellers and staff.
  3. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drinking, and prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.
  4. Local Transport: Guests must arrange transport from their hotel to the designated pickup point at their own cost. Local transport is easily available in Gangtok.
  5. Vehicle: Sumo / Bolero / Maxx / Cruiser / Innova / Xylo / Traveller, as per group size and availability.

Permit Requirements

  1. ✔ Adults: Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence
  2. ✔ Minors: Birth Certificate or Passport
  3. ✔ Recent passport-size photographs
  4. ✔ Required permits are arranged with assistance and included in the package
  5. ❌ Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are not accepted

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Charges

  1. 10+ days before tour: 25% cancellation charge
  2. 10–5 days before tour: 50% cancellation charge
  3. Within 5 days: No refund

2. Tour Not Completed

No refund or adjustment will be provided for tours affected by bad weather, roadblocks, natural calamities, political issues, or government restrictions.

3. Permit Not Issued

If the required permit is not issued and the tour does not start from Gangtok, guests can choose:

  1. Refund after ₹300 per guest payment gateway charges, or
  2. Free rescheduling to another available date.

Important: The tour operator reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the itinerary due to weather, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
